These Terms govern your use of risolwagne.agency and the recruitment services provided by Risol Wagne Recruitment Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with registered office at 42 Deansgate, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 2BN ("Risol Wagne," "we," "us").
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt unauthorised access, transmit harmful code, scrape data without permission, or use the site in any way that breaches applicable law. All website content is our intellectual property or used under licence.
Recruitment services are provided under separate terms of business agreed before engagement. Standard terms include: fees payable upon successful placement; 90-day replacement guarantee for permanent hires; obligation to provide accurate job specifications; and compliance with UK employment legislation including Equality Act 2010 requirements.
Registration is free. You warrant that information provided is accurate and that you have the right to work in the UK where required. We are not obligated to find you employment. We act as an introducer, not an employer. Acceptance of any role is solely between you and the hiring company.
Candidates are never charged fees. Employer fees are set out in our terms of business. Introduction fees become payable when a candidate introduced by us accepts an offer of employment, even if the hire occurs after termination of our agreement (typically within 6–12 months depending on terms).
To the extent permitted by English law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant placement. We do not guarantee suitability of any candidate or the accuracy of information provided by third parties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business or personal information shared during the recruitment process, except where disclosure is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. Material changes to active service agreements will be communicated directly.
